| Negative effects on vitality |
 |
Stress is the number 1 vitality killer. Constant strain on the job, deadline pressure, and daily hectic
lead to a decline in performance. Rest and relaxation periods are too short for our natural requirements, chronic tension can
no longer be relieved, and instead it becomes worse. Dissatisfaction with personal performance and fear of failure
do not make the situation easier. There is hardly time for sports and little time for maintaining a balanced diet.
All these elements impair vitality: immune resistance deteriorates, colds ensue, the heart and circulation system falls
out of rhythm, physical condition and oxygen absorption in the body decline, tensions lead to head- and backaches. And
all this does not exactly improve your mood either, which affects your immune system: it becomes a viscious cycle.
